If the Customer does not want to receive any advertising information or promotional programs from VNTEXIMCO, they have the right to refuse at any time by sending a request to stop receiving notifications and information from the VNTEXIMCO application.

VNTEXIMCO only retains Customer Information for the period necessary for the purpose for which the Information was collected or as required by the Contract or as required by applicable law and/or until the Customer clearly notifies VNTEXIMCO of a different retention period.
